NOGI Seminar

Karel Pravec is one of Renzo Gracie’s first black belts. He began training with Renzo in ‘93, earning his black belt in 2006. Today, Fox travels the world teaching seminars and runs one of the largest Jiu Jitsu school’s in the USA, Silver Fox BJJ. He has a stable of young black belts that terrorize the international Jiu Jitsu scene. He is one of John Danaher’s longest training partners, with a systems based approach to the art. 

Fox is a living Jiu Jitsu legend and we are beyond honoured to have him share his approach to Jiu Jitsu! This is truly a once in a lifetime opportunity to learn from one of the very best minds in the game! 

Friday May 6, GI Seminar 5pm- 7pm $70

Saturday May 7, NOGI Seminar 1pm- 3pm $70 

$120 for both days. All Schools are welcome, so spread the word! Limited space available.
